United Kingdom and United States only. We'd rather not take an order we can't deliver on time.

How long it takes
Processing: 2–3 working days. Delivery: 4–7 working days after dispatch. Total: 7–10 working days.
Every order is tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.

Cost
Free on every order, UK and US. No thresholds, no surcharges at checkout.

If something goes wrong
Delays happen — customs, weather, carrier backlogs. If your order passes 10 working days without moving, email hello@obsidiapets.com and we'll chase it or replace it. You won't have to ask twice.
