30 days
If it's not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
Faulty or damaged
If a collar arrives broken, or the lights fail within 30 days of delivery, we replace it or refund it — your choice. Send a photo to hello@obsidiapets.com and we'll sort it. You don't need to return a faulty item.
Wrong size
It happens. Email us and we'll swap it. Return postage is on you for a size change, on us if we sent the wrong thing.
How to start a return
Email hello@obsidiapets.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address within one working day.
Refunds
Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.
